01. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to ChubbyBully (chubbybully.dog). By accessing our website, communicating with Todd, or reserving an English Bulldog puppy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 02. Reservations & Deposits
All puppy deposits are structured to ensure serious inquiries and secure specific picks from our litters. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Todd, deposits are non-refundable as they immediately reserve the animal and take that puppy off the active availability market. 03. Health Guarantees
We take immense pride in our boutique breeding standards. Every ChubbyBully puppy comes with a designated health check framework, up-to-date initial vaccinations, and a health guarantee covering specific genetic milestones outlined in your individual adoption contract. 04. Intellectual Property
All media, photographs, logos, text, and graphics displayed on chubbybully.dog are the exclusive property of ChubbyBully. Unauthorized copying, downloading, or commercial reproduction of our puppy photos or brand assets without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
