01. Home & Environment Standards

English Bulldogs require specific care, indoor environments, and dedicated attention to thrive. Adopters must agree to the following living requirements:

Indoor Companionship Only Bulldogs are sensitive to extreme temperatures and must live primarily indoors as full family members—never as outdoor or kennel-only dogs.

Safe & Secure Space Your home and yard must be secure, hazard-free, and monitored to protect your puppy during their active growth stages.

02. Veterinary Care & Health Maintenance

Owning an English Bulldog is a long-term commitment that demands proactive healthcare vigilance:

💉 Routine Vaccinations Adopters agree to maintain scheduled boosters, parasite prevention, and routine veterinary checkups as the puppy grows.

🥩 Quality Nutrition Feeding high-grade food formulated to support proper weight management, bone structure, and coat health is required.

03. Deposits & Surrender Safeguards

To maintain transparency and protect our breeding standards, our financial and rehoming rules are strictly enforced:

Non-Refundable Reservation Deposits Deposits secure your pick from a litter and take that puppy off the active market. They are non-refundable unless otherwise evaluated by Todd under special conditions.

Mandatory Breeder Return Clause If an adopter can no longer care for their dog due to unforeseen life changes, the dog must be returned directly to ChubbyBully. We ensure no dog we produce ever enters a shelter environment.

04. Lifelong Open Communication

We love staying in touch with our puppy families! Adopters agree to share occasional growth updates and reach out to Todd immediately if guidance, questions, or support regarding bulldog health arise.
