01. Overview & Live Animal Policy
Because ChubbyBully specializes in boutique English Bulldog breeding, standard retail "returns" or exchanges do not apply in the traditional sense. Live animals cannot be treated as commercial merchandise. We are fully dedicated to placing every puppy in a secure, stable, and prepared lifelong home.
02. Puppy Reservation Deposits
Deposits placed to reserve an English Bulldog puppy from an upcoming or current litter are generally non-refundable. When a deposit is accepted, it immediately takes that specific puppy off the active market and turns down other potential families. Exceptions are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances determined by Todd.
03. Health Guarantees & Surrender Support
Every puppy is backed by our comprehensive health guidelines outlined in your formal adoption contract. In the rare event that an adopter's life circumstances change drastically and they are no longer able to care for their ChubbyBully family member, we require that you contact us first. We will always assist in taking back or safely rehoming any dog we produce to ensure they never end up in a shelter environment.
